This is by far the worst company I've ever attempted to purchase shoes from. Their Jordans aren't legitimate!! They should be shutdown!! Save your time and money!!!

They did send me authentic Nikes, in a timely manner, but two sizes too big even though I was VERY specific about my size, prior to ordering. Since then, many emails, they said they would refund me but never did. Finally offered a 40% refund. I opened dispute via Amex, sent them all the emails, and after half a day Amex agreed with me and I was refunded. Would not order from them.

Purchased some shoes very expensive shoes paid for expedited shipping that was a waste of money because the shoes haven't shipped they wouldn't accommodate me for that then i spoke to a rep she hung up in my face the second person stated my situation isn't important enough to speak to a supervisor he hung up the third person was the same i wouldn't care if i spent 10 dollars my money is valuable and don't disregard me i will never order anything from this company ever again

On 4/4/23, I purchased a pair of shoes for my son. At checkout, there was an option for express shipping. The shipping charge was $39.99 and stated I would receive my shoes on 4/6/2023. Given I needed the shoes by 4/9/23, I paid the express shipping fee. Immediately after I completed my order, I received an email from UPS stating shoes would arrive on 4/6/23. On 4/6/23, I never received the shoes. I then received an email on 4/7/23, stating the shoes had just shipped and then another email stating I would receive the shoes on 4/10/23. I contacted the company to request the express shipping fee be refunded, as the shoes not arrive as stated on 4/6/23 by paying the express shipping fee. They stated, my request was denied because their shipping policy states they have 1-3 days to process my order. And, if that is the case then they should not be offering express shipping knowing they have no intention on honoring the date specified at checkout. It's false advertisement.

Upon closer inspection of the shoes, there were obvious inconsistencies with lettering that were consistent with replicas (fakes). The shoes had creases in places that they shouldn't have if they were brand new. I returned them and am currently awaiting my refund. This is the second pair that I have had to return for the same concerns. I will not purchase anymore shoes from them.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake.
Stadium Goods managed to call the package back from DHL and reimbursed me.
I could order the right size with no issues and very fast delivery.

Went to their website and it auto gave me a New Zealand link and I thought the prices were all in $NZ Currency but No, they were all in $USD and they never bothered to tell you!!! Bought a pair of shoes thought they were around $NZ300 but instead they were $US300 which equals to $NZ500+!!! Shoes took 10 days to arrive. Box was my shoe size US10.5 but the shoes inside were US Size 9??!? SERIOUSLY!?!!? Contacted them, took them about 1 week to reply each email so I had to spam and forward the same email to them EVERYDAY to get noticed. Took almost a week to get refund arranged and shoes returned. The whole fiasco took an entire month to end with refund returned and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or EVER shop from them again. I am sorry but it's just TOO deceiving!! Disappointing beyond belief!!! >:-(

Fraudulent Behavior/Activity I'm so Fortunate to have used PayPal for this Transaction, after 3 days passed I reached out to Stadium because no confirmation was issued by them only PayPal the Reply emailed stated they have no knowledge of my purchase even with me supplying transaction an Order number I Reached out again several times, Persistent! Inner Sense led me to Contact PayPal regarding this Stomach turning issue, after a day my money 289.90 was Refunded, Woooo I breathe a sigh of Relief Stay Far Away from @stadiumgoods #Stadiumgoods Frauds Crooks Scammers

I returned $269.00 Nikes because they did not fit my granddaughter at Christmas. They returned knock-off shoes and I received no credit. I would never shop with them again and suggest others stay away. They appear to be scammers.

I received the package I returned them in. The package was ripped open and knock-offs were returned to me in that ripped open package. They claimed the shoes I returned were not the same ones I purchased. I am a 78 yo grandmother and would not have even know how to find the knock-offs. They refused to give me a credit for$269.00. Amazon refused to back me up. Very bad experience!

Horrible, they sent Fake Nikes that are glued together and won't let you return them! I can't believe they're in business. Stay AWAY

I ordered 2 pairs of Jordan’s not only were they authentic they also came within a week of ordering I honestly think the bad reviews are another company’s way of trying to steal business from stadium goods
